Pursuant to Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without stating a reason within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the products.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal in just a few clicks:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply complete the online form at the bottom of this page and click the "Confirm withdrawal" button. The system will immediately and automatically send you a receipt via email containing the exact date and time of your request, which legally certifies that your withdrawal has been completed within the deadline.

Shipping Terms and Address:
Once you submit the online form, you have an additional 14 days to hand over the package to the courier or post office. The shipping/courier collection date, not the arrival date at our warehouse, is the date of acceptance.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and sturdy packaging suitable for transport.

IMPORTANT: Product Protection Guidelines and Refund Deductions
The right of withdrawal allows you to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item exactly as you would in a physical store. Withdrawal does not constitute long-term free use of the product.

Pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their characteristics.

To protect the integrity of the goods and the safety of subsequent purchasers, the following rules apply:

Anti-Use Warranty Seal (if applicable): Our high-value products or those subject to immediate wear and tear are shipped with a visible disposable seal/warranty tag. You can try on the product without removing the seal. Removing, breaking, or tampering with this seal constitutes proof of definitive use of the item.
Use and Handling of the Item: The product must be returned clean, free of signs of wear, scratches, sweat, or dirt. Use or tampering with the item is not permitted.
Original Box and Packaging: The original product box (e.g., the original box or packaging) is considered an integral part of the product. It must not be used as the sole external packaging for shipping and must not be damaged or contaminated with direct tape or writing.
The original product label (the price/brand tag or cellophane): The customer has the right to try on the item without removing the tag. Removing the original label goes beyond simply "trying on" the item to determine its size or nature, and is the first sign that the product has been used (perhaps for going out or for other purposes).

NOTE ON DEPRECIATED REFUND: If the returned product has the seal/label removed, obvious signs of use, damage, or the original packaging has been compromised, the return will still be accepted, but an amount equal to the diminished value of the item will be deducted from the refund (up to 100% of the value in cases where the product is no longer resalable as new or refurbished). This depreciation will be quantified by our technical department upon opening the package and communicated via email with relevant photographs.

Refund Times and Procedures
The refund will be made within 14 days of being informed of your decision to return the item. However, pursuant to Article 56 of the Consumer Code, Inweb s.r.l. reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been physically received at our warehouses or until documentary proof of shipment is provided.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction (e.g., credit card, PayPal account, or bank transfer), unless you expressly choose to accept an alternative payment method (such as a shopping voucher).
